Core tasks such as cleanliness, maintenance and security analyzed and carefully monitored to match the appropriate level of service to the appropriate cost. Setting up the accounting system to properly account for and track expenses for complicated mixed-use and/or multiple ownership properties and buildings, and complicated Tenant reimbursement lease language to make financial reporting timely and accurate. Provide all accounting activities, budgeting, financial reporting (complete financial statement package with a full array of management reports), and systematic rent collection process. And creating preventive maintenance programs for building systems to minimize future capital costs are just some of services provided.

Artios can also manage construction projects, from new tenant fit-outs and major common area construction, to building renovations and additions.
